“The Ultimate Canadian WFH set up’ (“CONTEST”)THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS EXCLUDING QUEBEC. 1. CONTEST PERIOD:
Contest begins on March 22, 2021 and ends on March 26, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”). 2. ELIGIBILITY:
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, go to Station Cold Brew Instagram page and follow the on-screen instructions to fully complete the entry, which requires you to: (i) Follow both Roots and Station Cold Brew on Instagram; (ii) Like the specific photo (iii) Tag someone in the comments (iiii) agree to the terms and condition of these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”). To be eligible, your Entry must be received within the Contest Period. All eligible Entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into the random prize draw. There is no limit for entries. 4. THE PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
There will be one (2) prize available to be won as follows:
The prize will consist of: 1 month’s worth of cold brew coffee from Station Cold Brew *value of $100.00* and $150 e-gift card to roots.com provided by Roots. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions. Station Cold Brew and Roots must send out the prize to the winner 1 week after the winner provides Station Cold Brew with an email and home address.5. RANDOM PRIZE DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION:
On March 27th, 2021 (the “Draw Date”) in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 10 a.m. EST, all entries will be captured. On March 27th, 2021 one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.6. TERMINATION:
Roots and Station Cold Brew reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Contest, and/or the Contest Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.13. LAW:
These are the official Contest Rules. The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction.
