WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Station ships to most locations across all Canadian Provinces.
Note: If we are unable to ship to your postal code, you will be notified within 2 business days of placing your order and a refund will be issued.
Station Cold Brew Coffee Co. does reserve the right to deny shipment to specific locations. You will be contacted if this is the case.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
If you live in a house and you are not home for your delivery, your package will be left on your front step. If you live in an apartment, our courier must be let into your building to drop off your package. Our couriers cannot leave packages outside of apartment buildings.
It is important that you refrigerate all canned products once it arrives to remain fresh (tetra packs can stay out of the fridge). Please ensure that you will be able to receive your can order the day it arrives. You will receive a text notification at the number provided when your product is dropped off.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times can vary depending on ordering location and shipping option selected.
SAME-DAY GTA delivery: To get your items by 10 p.m. the same day, order before 2pm. Missed the 2pm cut off? No sweat, your cold brew will be delivered the next business day.
CANADA-WIDE delivery: Deliveries will arrive within 5 business days of order confirmation.
IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Yes! At Check out please select the 'Pick up' tab as your shipping option and we'll send you a note when it's ready. Please note that we're at the brewery for pick up Monday-Friday 10:00am-4pm.

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. Station Cold Brew will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged product.
Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it.
Because our products are perishable goods, we will not accept “change of mind” returns. We will only accept a refund request if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order.
Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
